Thank you for choosing FasTreat for your ADHD online treatment services. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and ensuring customer satisfaction. Below is a detailed breakdown of our refund policy, organized into sections for easy reference.

Scope

This refund policy applies to all treatment services booked and paid through our platform at .

Booking and Cancellations for Appointments

By scheduling a session through our platform, you accept full responsibility for any fees associated with cancellations or missed sessions as outlined below:

Cancellation 48+ Hours Before Appointment:

Receive a full refund, automatically processed within 3 business days.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Scheduled Time:

Appointments are non-refundable. However, we will issue a $100 coupon for future services.

Dissatisfaction with Appointment:

Submit feedback through our questionnaire within 15 days after the appointment. Refunds or other resolutions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your provider is more than 15 minutes late or fails to show up for your scheduled session, you are entitled to:

Request a full refund for that session. Alternatively, reschedule your session at no additional cost.

To qualify for this refund, you must cancel the session and choose not to proceed with the service at the time of the delay.

Special circumstances:

If technical issues (e.g., internet disruptions or software malfunction) prevent your service, you are entitled to a refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Membership Refund Policy

Monthly Memberships ($99/month)

Cancel anytime through the platform.

Refunds for unused services will be processed within 15 days of the end of your membership cycle.

After the 15-day grace period, all services are considered used and are non-refundable.

Annual Memberships ($999/year)

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the membership cycle end.

Refunds will be calculated by deducting $99/month for each month of service already used.

Alternatively, we can extend your membership for 1 additional month at no cost instead of a refund.

Quarterly and Biannual Package Refund Policy

Terms of Use

Follow-up appointments included in the plan must be booked and used within the plan’s active period.

Unused follow-up sessions cannot be rolled over to future periods.

For last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-shows for the initial appointment, a $199 fee will apply.

Refund Eligibility

If no ADHD diagnosis is reached or the provider determines the platform is not suitable for you, the following refunds apply:

Quarterly Plan ($499): Refund = $499 - $299 (assessment fee) = $200 refunded.

Biannual Plan ($699): Refund = $699 - $299 (assessment fee) = $400 refunded.

Refunds for unused services will be calculated by deducting:

$99/month for each month used.

$69 per follow-up session booked.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7-10 business days of the refund approval.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service.
