Assessment and Treatment Costs for Adults with ADHD
At FasTreat, we believe in complete transparency. Our users deserve to fully understand the value of our ADHD assessment and treatment services. We are committed to providing the highest quality care while maintaining affordability.
At FasTreat, you will need an assessment (including a 30-minute online consultation and 1 hour of document analysis). This service costs, The service costs $299. and is payable in advance.
Continuous treatment after diagnosis costs $99 per month, including a special treatment plan and real-time access to your provider whenever necessary.
Standard Fees
Initial Assessment (Includes a comprehensive initial assessment, expert opinion, recommendations, and a suggested treatment plan)
Follow-up appointment (15 minutes, based on user needs or provider's medical recommendations)
Monthly Fee (Includes online consultations with your provider and prescription refill services)
Annual fee (Offers the same services as the monthly plan at a discounted rate, Ideal for users seeking long-term care with FasTreat)
Appointment
- Canceled 48 hours prior to the appointment: You will receive an automatic full refund in 3 business days.
- Canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time: The appointment is subject to our non-refundable policy. In such cases, we will offer you $100 coupons to assist with future services.
Membership
If you recover or no longer require FasTreat during your treatment, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly memberships can be easily canceled through our platform. For annual or package memberships, please contact customer support at support@fastreat.com.com to process your cancellation.
You have a 15-day grace period from the end of your membership cycle to request a refund for unused services. Please note that refund requests submitted after the 15-day period will not be processed. Any services beyond this grace period are considered used and are non-refundable.
- For monthly subscriptions, you can get a full refund for unused services.
- For annual subscriptions, if you have unused or unsatisfactory services within the grace period, we will extend your membership for one month at no additional cost. If you choose to cancel your subscription, refunds will be calculated by deducting $99 for each non-refundable month of service already used.
- For service packages, if you have unused or unsatisfactory services within the grace period, we will extend your membership for one month at no additional cost. If you choose to cancel the package, refunds will be calculated by subtracting the original price of services ($299 initial appointment fee, $99 membership fee, or $69 follow-up appointment fee) for each non-refundable service already used from the order price.
